Shokudo Japanese Food Bazaar

After weeks and weeks of never ending tutorials, assignments and projects, Li Xiang and I decided to take a break and reward ourself with some good food. Tried Shokudo Japanese Food Bazaar which is located at Basement 1 of Raffles City. This $3-million Japanese Style Marche restaurant was opened by Thai Express Concepts, which also runs Thai Express chain, Xin Wang Hong Kong cafes and New York New York restaurants.

We went there at about 5.30pm and there was no queue, but after our dinner, the queue was as long as the TOTO queue for the Chinese New Year Hong Bao draw!

Pocky Chocolate/Strawberry

This is not an advert, it is my mom’s company. I going to make use of my traffic to let search engines crawl First Food Industries Pte Ltd. There is so far 201 products listed in the Products Page. In case you all want to know, my mom is one of the two agents in Singapore that distributes Glico products, like Pocky Chocolate and Pocky Strawberry, just to name a few. Check out the range of Glico Products.

PS: I am not a designer so the website design kinda suck and the site is meant to be an online catalog and not a online shopping site (my mom decision).

Thai Glico Dinner

Thai Glico Dinner
Had the annual Thai Glico Dinner at Wan Hao: Chinese Restaurant which is located at Marriott Hotel. The boss seems to like Wan Hao a lot and I think this is the 4th of 5th consecutive times we have eaten there. A $1000 per table (they always booked 2 tables) dinner and free flow of whatever drinks you like is just too good to resist. Food is more than great, it is excellent. In regards to pricing, it is very expensive =(
