Ikea

Went to Ikea in the afternoon for lunch with my family, because my uncle wants to shop for furnitures there for his new house, saw 1 CD rack that can hold 880 CDs, took down the measurements and came back home and measure to see whether it fits, but who knows? It fits nicely, will be getting that next week, cost about $198, my mom also bought a movable coffee table to replace the old and bulky one.

Went to Old Kallang Airport the market for my dinner, because Yummy King said that the wan ton mee there is very nice, queued for 30 minutes, tried it, and it doesn’t taste that special. I still prefer the one at Lavender Food Center.

Minority Report

Went to eat the seafood buffet lunch, ok the buffet sucks. Thats all I can say and have to say. Later on we went to Orchard and we spilt. 3 of my friends and I went to watch Monority Report at Plaza Singapura, and the remaining of them went to East Coast Park, don’t know for what.

4 time slots for the show, 3 sold out left 1 slot at 6.15pm but 3rd row from the front, althought is very front, but is not too bad, no need to strain my neck to watch the movie. Movies last 2 hours and 30 minutes. The show is very good and it really deserved 4 stars.

Friends Birthday

School ended at 1pm for me, went to Bugis Junction to eat teppanyaki with my poly classmates, later on I went to Funan and bought the Microsoft SideWinder Game Pad for $39.90 just to play FIFA World Cup 2002. LOL

Went out again at 6.30pm to buy presents for my 3 friends who will be celebrating their birthday tomorrow, bought a cap, wallet and a pouch for them at Hereen. Hmmm, steamboat buffet at Hotel Royal, that will be the place they will be treating us. Been there once and from my point of view, the steamboat is not really that good, but again that is don’t know how many years back.

Happy 4th July

Happy 4th July to all Americans, its Independence Day for them.

Just came home from school, had a very “breakful” day today, altogether 4h30mins of break. Last year, when I took OOPG(Object Oriented Programming), we used codes to design user GUI, but now lecturer taught us a much faster way, all you need is just to click, same as how you design a webpage on Frontpage or Dreamweaver. Need to create a “simple” animation using Jbuilder and pass up tomorrow. Looks tough, but I try to, if I have the time, I will try out tomorrow CANI practical work.

3rd Day Of School

School ended at 11.30am for me today, reached home at about 12.30pm, was very tired because I slept at 2am and wake up at 8am. Haha.

Did some body modelling on my first Computer Animation (CANI) practical, and I can say it looks good except it looks more cartoon than human, anyway the lecturer said that if it is too realistic and it doesn’t animate as realistic as a human, you failed. If it is cartoon, its mean to be funny so your imagination is your only limitation, much easier to animate.

Back From Chalet

Sorry for the lack of updates on this site, been very busy for the past week. Anyway, I just got back from a 3D2N chalet at Pasir Ris Downtown East with my polytechnic classmates, I can say it was very very fun, and I really enjoyed it. It is actually a birthday chalet for 4 of mine classmates. Had about 2 chalets with my poly classmates, and I can say that this is the best, the photos of the chalet will be uploaded soon, that are about 105 photos altogether.
First day, we reach downtown east at about 1.30pm, we thought that the check-in is 2pm, as most chalets the standard check-in time is 2pm, but the check-in time for downtown east is 4pm, so we decided to go for a ktv session. We sang from about 2pm to 7pm, but half-way through the session, some of us did the checking in at 4pm. At 7pm, we left the ktv and proceeded back to our rooms which are 2007 for the guys and 2008 for the girls. We unpacked our stuffs and proceed to a nearby coffee shop to have our dinner. After dinner, we went back and we played some games before proceeding to our game of mahjong. We guys went back to our own rooms to take a rest around 5am.

Second day, I woke up at about 11.30pm, we watched some television programs before proceeding next door for a mahjong session, at 3pm we started the barbeque fire and all the way to 9pm, all of us are outside busy barbequing the food, there were quite a lot of left over food. We started the ˜party at the nearby beach, the cutting of birthday cake, water bombing, etc. It was very fun, and the best part of the chalet was this. I still managed to dodge 5 incoming water bombs, am I good or what? Lolz. After the ˜party we went back to our rooms to bath and as usual we guys proceeded next door for another mahjong session, at about 6am we started the photo taking session of the 4 birthday boys and girls opening their birthday present, we try to capture their first facial expression when they saw their present. We went back to our room to sleep at about 7.30am.

Waiting …

I am just waiting for time to pass, so I can really get to improvise on this site, because currently, I cannot touch any stuffs yet due to an uncertainty of whether my lecturers had graded my site yet. My results will be release around 23rd May 2002, so you guys have to be patient until after that.

I am not to sure whether any new content will be added, but I can say that there will be much more pictures in the gallery soon. New stuffs/features such as polls, counters, trackings, useronline have been added. I was hoping to implement a member feature, but it will required alot of time devoted to php scripting, and I do not know whether I will have the time, but somehow or rather I have the concept stored in my brain cells.
