Parking Problem
My neighbourhood has a major parking problem. I live in Bukit Purmei, a small estate of just 15 blocks, in block 115. After dropping Li Xiang home at 2.30am, I came back to find nowhere to park.

My NUS orientation group, Veragok, God of Shadow, won best orientation group. Some activities were a bit silly, but I'm glad I went to most, as I made plenty of friends, making lectures, lunches, labs and tutorials more enjoyable.
This is the day every NSF waits for: after two years and two months serving the nation, it's time to ORD LOH. My NSF life ran from BMTC 2 Pegasus in June 2004 through Provost training.
These are the modules I'm taking in my first year, first semester: Data Structures and Algorithms worth five MCs, Computer Organisation, Discrete Structures, Introductory Mathematics, and English for Academic Purposes. A solid foundation to begin my computing degree at NUS.
NUS matriculation was very fast; within 20 minutes I was already paying for my notebook. On entering the sports hall we submitted most of our forms and received our matriculation cards immediately, then browsed the laptop booths.

Here's Shakira singing Hips Don't Lie live at the closing ceremony of the 2006 FIFA World Cup. It's a rare clip, as it wasn't broadcast on many TV stations, absolutely a must-watch for any fan.
Italy are the FIFA World Cup 2006 champions after beating France 5-3 on penalties, while Germany took third place by beating Portugal 3-1. It's Italy's fourth title. Watching the final, though, I couldn't shake some doubts.
Today is my last day in camp. After this I'll clear leave all the way until 4th August 2006, when I finally get my Pink IC. Thanks to my INTEC friends for the support; I enjoyed my stay.
Some good jokes from the HardwareZone forums. Boy: may I hold your hand? Girl: no thanks, it isn't heavy. Girl: if we become engaged, will you give me a ring? Boy: sure, what's your phone number?
