Belkin Boost Up Bold is a 10W Qi wireless charging pad. It charges your device at 5W, 7.5W, 9W, or 10W. For iPhones, it will be at 7.5W (including the newer iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max). For newer Android phones that support wireless charging, it will be at 10W.
Bought the Torras Wireless Charger from Tmall for CN¥133 (S$28).
Torras Wireless Charger can output 10W of power which is capable of wireless fast charging. But sadly, this will not fast charge the iPhone 8/8 Plus/X as Apple has purposely limit wireless fast charging to only Apple-certified wireless chargers.

Bought the Innergie USB Charger – 10W Dual USB Auto Adapter from VivoCity’s Challenger for S$29 (member’s price S$26.10). It is a 2 port USB charger for cars that produces 2.1A/10W which is enough to charge the iPad. This is essentially the 2 port version of the Griffin PowerJolt Micro and it looks nicer as well.
Li Xiang and I have been taking turns to charge our iPhones in the car after being outside for the whole day travelling from places to places, with this charger, both of us can charge our iPhones at the same time!
