I kinda like Thursday because there is VB practical lessons. Compared to Java, VB is no kick, I think Visual Studio.NET is good for developing such applications rather than JBuilder, much more user friendly and faster.
Went to Suntec for a walk after school ends, had a drink in Coffee Bean, long time never drink the ice blended from there.
Lian didn’t come to school today, she went to see doctor at the polyclinic, she queued about 2 hours just to see the doctor and 2 hours just to take the medicine. Poor Lian, stand for so long =_=. Luckily she managed to get an MC for today. LOL
Went for lunch at Great World City again with my mom and brother, ate the same thing again, Teppanyaki.
Had lunch in school before going to Plaza Singapura to watch 8 mile. Plaza Singapura the foodcourt is under renovation and will be ready in February 2003.
Help Charlene they all to buy the 8 mile tickets too, but their show is at 6.45pm. This is the first time when I buy NC-16 tickets I got checked, even when going in the theatre also got checked. Double checking, wonder why suddenly so strict. I saw one Malay couple in front of us, looks older than us and they got checked too. This is so disgracing. Even when I buy lottery also never got checked.
Went to Marina after school with Lian. Craving for the famous Minced Pork Noodle there, so we went to eat. It is good to eat on weekdays, because the queue is so short, and I only need to wait for like 5 minutes before it is my turn, and on weekends I have to wait for about an hour. See the hugh difference.
Went to NTUC later, Lian wanted to buy some shampoo and shower foam. After that we proceed to Funan, need to buy some printer ink and Lian need to buy mechanical pencil.
Friends came over to my house to do MMAD Assignment Task 2, deadline due for our group in on 7th February 2003, right after Chinese New Year. Sian. Hate being the first group to do presentation, you don’t know what to expect and what question teacher will ask, even though you will have priority in choosing the presentation topic.
Talked to Lian on the phone in the evening as usual. Today marks the 5th month we have been together. LOL, how times flies.
Bought bus concession stamp at Hougang South Interchange. Proceed to the National Library after that to return Lian’s borrowed book. Ate the fishball noodle from the coffeshop there. Nice and cheap too, $3 and so much ingredient, and the fishballs so big. LOL
Went to This Fashion at Douby Ghaut to look for Lian’s clothes, she could not find what she want. So later we went to Plaza Singapura, Lian bought a shirt from Diamaru, they having sales there as they closing down in March.
Went to Great World City for dinner. Brother and I ate the Express Teppanyaki. After dinner went to Cold Storage to buy some groceries. Wanted to some Nike socks from Royal Sporting House, but they only got white colored ones and I wanted those colored ones.
Went to OG later as my brother wanted to look for table tennis shoes, But he could not find it and all of us ended up shopping for Chinese New Year. Dad bought a shirt, brother bought some 37ð t-shirts and an OP shirt, and I bought an OP shirt, same design as my brother. Bought Lian a 37ð t-shirt too. Mom wanted to buy a Giordano 3/4 shorts, but end up not buying because she say not worth the price. LOL =D
Had my VB practical today, I must say that is my favourite module. It is so fun and at the same time it is quite easy. Hope can get an AD for it. Nothing much happen in school, the usual stuffs.
Came home, spent the whole night(till now) to get my site up and running, and as you can see it is almost 99% up. The 1% is for missing pages, broken links and minor bugs. http://www.gamerz.per.sg will be redirect to this url from tomorrow 10am on-wards.
Ok the site is back up with a temporary URL till the domain www.orientek.net is bought. Only the polls is still down, too lazy to edit the files and I will be taking the poll off soon till I code my own poll script.
