Some of you may recall that earlier this year I did a review on the Fitbit Flex. Just a quick recap, for those of you who don’t remember, the Fitbit Flex is a wireless activity tracker that allows the user to monitor and track all the fitness and lifestyle related metrics such as distance walked, distance ran, number of hours slept, calorie consumption, and calories burnt. It also comes with a silent wake alarm that gently vibrates to wake you at your desired time.
The Fitbit Flex is the fourth fitness band that I own. I was seeded with the Jawbone UP24 (S$249), bought the Jawbone UP (S$189.90) and Nike FuelBand (US$149 = S$190). Among the four fitness bands, the Fitbit Flex in my opinion is the best one of the lot as it offers many features, making it the most complete product of its kind. The Fitbit Flex is also extremely lightweight (13g) when compared to the Jawbone UP24 (~21g), Jawbone UP (23g) and the Nike FuelBand (32g).
When I received an email from Bolse asking me to feature their products, I was pretty skeptical because I have never heard of Bolse before. So I went to do a search on them and realised that their products received pretty good ratings on Amazon and the prices are pretty reasonable. They are the direct competitors to brand like Anker.
It is the World Cup season and minifiglabs.com has come up with customised “LEGOfied” minifigure sets for 8 qualifying countries: Brazil, Spain, Japan, Germany, Italy, Argentina, England and Netherlands.
The names and numbers on the minifigures can be personalised. All minifigures are entirely poseable (not guled) and come with their own metallic gold trophy. With every purchase, you will also get a minifiglabs 6×6 stackable display case with a country flag decal as the backdrop.
Note that all designs are printed on original blank LEGO minifigure parts.
Prices will still remain the same which means the Klipsch Reference R6 will be retailing for S$129 and the Klipsch Reference R6i will be retailing for S$169.
The Linksys WRT1900AC box got to be the biggest box for a router that I have received. When I opened the box, everything is held in place with foam instead of cardboard and there is sponge sticked to the top of the box to protect the router. I have not seen such premium packaging before for a router.
The Linksys WRT1900AC will be retailing for S$399 which makes it the most expensive consumer router that I come across. It is even more expensive than the Asus RT-AC68U. It will be exclusively available at all Challenger outlets from 22nd May 2014 (yesterday) to 22nd June 2014. After that, it will be available at all other leading IT stores in Singapore from 23 June 2014 onwards.
