It is said that the Apple next generation iPhone aka “iPhone HD” was lost/dropped in a bar by Grey Powell, who is an Apple Software Engineer working on the iPhone Baseband Software. The iPhone was later found by someone else. Gizmodo rumored to have paid US$5,000 for the prototype and did a dissect of it. The iPhone is not bootable because Apple remotely killed the phone assuming immediately the phone was reported lost by its employee. No I wonder how many heads is going to roll.
I have mirrored the pictures from Gizmodo into Flicker:

Celebrated my 26th Birthday at Resort World’s Chilli’s yesterday. It was my second time at Chilli’s, first time was at Tanglin Mall branch. Chilli’s food is fantastic but it is a bit pricey. Love the free flow of Tostada Chip for only S$6.90. The steak is very expensive, S$41.90, totally not worth it, don’t bother trying. But the Fajitas is very nice.
Total bill is S$107 including Li Xiang’s Strawberry Lemonade (S$4.90) and my Bottomless Beverage (S$4.90)
I love my Dell 2408WFP Monitor because it has not 1 but 2 DVI ports! This allows me to connect to my Windows desktop as well as to my MacBook Pro without physically switching the DVI cables from my monitor.
As I have been using Mac a lot during office hours, I wanted the same setup I have in my office at home which is 1 external monitor and dual screen it with my MacBook Pro. In order not to clutter my desk with too many items, I bought the Apple Wireless Keyboard for S$98 and together with my Apple Magic Mouse paired using bluetooth to my MacBook Pro, I am able to have both Mac and Windows environment with just a single monitor but having 2 separate sets of keyboard and mouse.
I love those goodies that come with the pre-order. In this case, it is 2x free t-shirts, 1x Tote bag and 1x 3D cover art. The full soundtrack and bonus mission are all digital download.
Could not make it for this event as it is held during office hours, but nevertheless, I want to see how LTE can take mobile network to the next level. With the increasing number of smartphone users in the market, the demand for faster bandwidth and speed for mobile data transfer have also increased. I hope they do eventually trial the LTE in the MRT as I can’t even get a proper 3G signal in the MRT (blue and red line).
