Dell really has great customer service. If you all want to get anything from Dell, do let me know, I will introduce the sales representative from Dell that I bought my monitor from.

My monitor came earlier than I expected in 2 ways:
1. According to Dell Support Order Status page, it was supposed to be delivered to me on the 21st April 2008. However, yesterday, I received a sms as well as an email asking me to confirm the delivery of my monitor on the next day (which is today) and I was so delighted to hear that.
2. My delivery time slot was suppose to be from 2pm to 6pm today, however, I got woken up by the door bell sound at 12.03pm and there is it, the delivery man with my monitor.

Thumbs up to Dell for their great service.

PS: I am seriously loving my 24″ monitor. As what Shaun said in the comments, once you are on 24″, you will never go back down, ever.

Nice setup. I’m using a SOYO 24″ LCD, cheap (US$299) but works for desktop spanning and for my Xbox 360. Are you spanning across to your TV as well?

    WOW! Wonderful monitor! :)
    Good choice! Thumbs up!

Kevin: Actually, I only used it to watch movies on that. It is a 32″ Hitachi LCD TV. Bought it for SGD$1099. Still waiting for a good offer on 360 before I can buy it to hook it up to the TV =D. I should try to extend it also. Woot =:)

    Aldo: Thanks man =D

Lol haha yea, you even quoted my “saying” haha.

Yea I am also very satisfied of dell service myself too, esp previously with their now dysfunct PDA department who all got transfered to laptop. Glad to see it good in their displays dept too.

Your 24″ looks dwarfed by your 32″, you are quite fortunate to have a large deskspace so 30″ monitors in the future may still be feasible for your on your next target!

Hey your 2408 have composite input too right? you can choose to hook that up to an AV devices (e.g DVD players) or your upcoming xbox, then you can use the picture-in-picture function, quite cool too if you want everything on one screen.

yea, there is composite input can hook up wii or 360!
