1. The error does not occur with the RC1 of WP 2.3, but it did in Beta 3. The WP Sticky plugin works fine with RC1.

2. Did u follow my steps as stated when upgrading? I did not try beta 3 but beta 2 and rc1 is fine for me

3. I get this message with a brand new install of 2.3.

   The message I get:
   Fatal error: Cannot redeclare poll_menu() (previously declared in /u21/scsu/g/gersteina1/www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/polls/polls.php:50) in ../../../wp-content/plugins/polls/polls.php on line 49
