I have integrated Flickr API with this site using Dan Coulter‘s phpFlickr. The newly added gallery page is called Flickr Gallery. The gallery lists all the photos I have uploaded to my Flickr account. As you can see, I no longer upload photos directly to this site gallery anymore as it is a PITA to manage them. I have since moved on to Flickr for all my photos.
Here are some of the Flickr APIs that I am using for the gallery:
Got the TuneWear IceWear iPod Nano 6G for my iPod Nano 6G from DG Lifestyle Store at VivoCity. It cost S$28.00 and it is totally not worth it!
The packing comes with 2 screen protectors and the silicon cover for your iPod Nano 6G. The screen protector scratches way too easily and the silicon cover is not an exact fit, I find it rather too big for the iPod Nano 6G. Too bad there is no better case out there yet.
Order my iPod Nano (6th Generation) on the 30th September 2010 and I received it today. Actually DHL attempted to deliver to my house yesterday but I was not around. This make me realize that they do deliver on weekend. I always thought they are on a 5 days week.
I chose the Graphite color because i think it will blend well with my black Crumpler bag (too bad they do not have black). Picked the 16GB instead of the 8GB because it is only S$50 (S$278 vs S$228) difference and my music collection is about there.
No idea why Li Xiang is so obsessed with sports right now, but she did influence me in some way. I have started jogging every Wednesday since 2 weeks ago and perhaps will extend to jogging twice per week and perhaps in the future 3 times a week. Even when jogging, the gadget freak in me also bought some gadgets for it.
Got my Nike + iPod Sport Kit (S$55) and SwitchEasy Runaway (S$16) from Ion’s EpiCenter. I am intending to use it with my newly bought 6th Generation 16GB iPod Nano (Graphite) (S$278) which will be delivered tomorrow from Apple Store (Singapore). I ordered online because it includes free laser engraving! This is my first time owning an iPod Nano.
Android Market is finally coming to Singapore alongside with 19 other countries. Now developers from 29 countries are able to sell their app on Android market (up from 9) and users from 32 countries can purchases paid Android apps from Android Market (up from 14).
Since we launched Android and Android Market, we have seen the population of Android users and devices expand into many countries. This widespread adoption has brought with it growing interest in Android Marketâs support for the buying and selling of paid applications in these additional countries.
The Finance Admin of Li Xiang’s freelance job contacted her saying that here OCBC Account number is invalid. She said the account number suppose to have 9 digits (excluding first 3 digit branch code and dashes) whereas her’s only have 7. I checked mine and mine also have 7 digits only. Both of us were puzzled.
I did asked around in Facebook and Twitter and it seems all the people who replied to me have 9 digits on their OCBC Account Number. At first I thought we got our account very early (more than 10 years ago) and hence the lesser number of digits but apparently it is not.
I have put up a comparison of the Next Generation Nationwide Broadband Network (Next Gen NBN) Fibre Price Plans offered by the 3 telcos in Singapore (SingTel, M1 and Starhub) and SuperInternet.
Notes
Bought the Canon PowerShot S95 from the Canon Service Center at Keppel Towers for S$531 (usual price S$669) through the Canon Privilege Purchase Program. This program entice users to purchase another Canon product by allowing trade-in/buy-back of their previously owned Canon products and offering them about 20.5% off the recommended retail price (RRP).
I traded-in my Canon IXUS 860IS which I got from Malaysia back in July 2008 for the new Canon PowerShot S95 which was just launched a few weeks back. The RRP of the Canon PowerShot S95 is S$669 and after the trade-in, I paid S$531. That is about 20.6% off.
My brother got me the Ultimate Ears SuperFi 5vi from Amazon and shipped to Singapore via Borderlinx as Amazon do not ship certain items directly to Singapore. It cost US$64.99 (S$86) after discount, original price is US$169.99 (S$225) and Singapore RRP is S$299. My brother bought 3 and shipping charges for all 3 Ultimate Ears SuperFi 5vi is US$25.34 (S$33.55).
I kinda like the wire of the UE SuperFi 5vi as it does not get entangle easily as compared to Klipsch Image S4i. There are more earbuds included in the package (including foam ones).
