Wish WP-Print can get fixed. v2.30 still only shows the header and footer on my blog.
There maybe a plugin conflict for your case.

Great work on the WP-DBManager and I have a question?
What exactly does the “repair database” function do?
Ran the function but did not have any understanding for what gets “repaired.”
Repair function will check your database for any errors and repair it http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/repair.html
