When I joined mig33 on 1st February 2010, I received a MacBook Pro 15-inch (Mid 2009) with a 2.66GHz Core 2 Duo and 4GB RAM. Over the years it slowed as apps and the OS grew more demanding.

Steve Jobs passed away yesterday at the age of 56. As Apple put it, the company has lost a visionary and genius, and the world an amazing human being. Those who knew him have lost a dear friend.
I was invited to Canon's product launch for the second half of 2011, held at Zirca on Thursday, 29th September. It covered seven PIXMA inkjet printers, ten imageCLASS laser printers, three PowerShots, two IXUS cameras, and a projector.
I got the Logitech Harmony 300 for S$49 at Comex 2011 last week. It's a universal remote that controls up to four devices, such as your TV, cable box, Xbox 360, and media player. I'd planned on the Harmony 200.

Last year in Looking Back 2009 I said I wanted a job, and I got one as a Web Engineer at mig33, starting 1st February 2010, nearly a year now. I'll spend this New Year's Eve in the cinema again.
