DBS Bank has just launched the first regional Facebook Places and Check-in Deals campaign in Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Jakarta, Taipei).
It may sounds complicated at first (which is how I felt when I first read it) and hence I have put up a tutorial on how to participate in this campaign using Facebook App on iPhone.
I also saw the Notebook Kit being sold at EpiCentre at Ion Orchard for S$39 (after 10% member’s discount is S$35.10) which is slightly more expensive than Design Museum Shop. Challenger at IMM on the other hand is selling for S$29 (after 10% member’s discount is S$26.10) which is the cheapest among the three shops.
I saw the Cool Feet being sold at Challenger at IMM for S$18.90 (after 10% member’s discount is S$17.01). Head down there if you want to get the Cool Feet as a standalone product.
Looks like Steve Jobs health is taking a toll on him, I wish him all the best for his health. Lets not forget it is him who brought Apple back to life from the brink of bankruptcy to the most valued tech company in the world! Kudos to him!
I did a search on HardwareZone Forums and saw some posts saying they got it from iStudio. I went to a few iStudio shops around town and could not find it. If I happened to find it, I will update this post again with the location of the shop and the price.
Challenger also does sell the Bluelounge CableBox Mini and it is cheaper, for S$34.90 (after member’s discount is S$31.41) but they have only 3 colors available which are Pink, Blue and Yellow. I needed white to match my white Huawei Optical Network Terminal (ONT) and Huawei Residential Gateway (RG). Design Museum Shop does sell all colors of CableBox Mini.

Got the Bluelounge POP from DG LifeStyle Shop located at VivoCity for S$18. The service from that shop is getting from bad to worst. If not because the Bluelounge POP is not sold elsewhere in Singapore, I would not be bothered getting from that shop.
The Bluelounge POP is essentially a cable winder that makes use of suction cup to attached itself to the back of your gadget as long as the surface at the back is smooth. Once it is attached, you can wind the wires of your headphone around it.
