Anime distributor Odex has lost a court bid to force Pacific Internet to reveal the names of subscribers who allegedly downloaded pirated Japanese cartoons. The Subordinate Court handed down its decision in chambers on Thursday, with no details made public.

In a roundtable with the European press, John Chambers confirmed the end of life for the Linksys name, to be replaced by the new, redesigned Cisco branding. This follows Cisco's April move to let Linksys resellers add Cisco products.
