Got myself the new Wacom Bamboo Pen & Touch for S$179 which was released by Wacom on the 24th September 2009. Wanted to get it even earlier but it was either out of stock at certain places or the stock was not in yet.
I went to Funan’s Challenger and they are left with Wacom Bamboo Touch and Wacom Bamboo Fun, the Pen and Pen & Touch model was sold out. Went into a few shops and they have not brought in. Finally, I found it being sold at Multimedia Integrated (MMI). The price is controlled so it doesn’t really matter where you buy from.

I think all netbooks have roughly the same specifications featuring the standard Atom N280 processor, Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 and perhaps even the harddrive capacity or the 10″ wide screen. When I choose a netbook, I go for the battery life and the looks of it.
The Sony VAIO W VPCW115XG comes in 3 colors, pink, brown and white. Its recommended retail price is S$899.00.
Bought the Sanyo Eneloop Mobile Booster KBC-E1S for S$34.90 (member price) from Challenger. Need the extra battery juice for my iPhone 3GS when I am in Taiwan and Hong Kong!
I was deciding between the KBC-E1S and the KBC-L3S. The KBC-E1S uses 2x AA batteries while the KBC-L3S uses the built-in lithium-ion battery. I was thinking that AA batteries are more readily available outside and hence I am able to buy any AA batteries and use it to charge my phone. Also the KBC-E1S includes 2 rechargeable eneloop batteries.
The INQ Mini 3G is marketed as the social media phone or social mobile as what INQ called it. It’s dimension is 102.9mm (H) x 45.8mm (W) x 12.8mm (D) and it weighs 128 grams. The phone felt solid in my hands, but it felt like a toy phone rather than an actual mobile phone.

I have received the INQ Mini 3G review set today. Before I review it something next week, here are some unboxing pictures as well as a video on the start up and shut down animation of the INQ Mini 3G. After playing it for an hour, I find the integration between Facebook and Twitter is pretty neat especially the ability to sync your Facebook Contacts to your phonebook as well as composing Facebook Private Message right in your Message Box (the area where you would go to SMS).
A more detailed review will be out next week.
