For the unaware, Letv was founded in 2004 by Jia Yueting (net worth US$3.7 billion) and is one of China’s biggest and fastest growing Internet companies. The company employs more than 5,000 people and is listed on the Growth Enterprise Market in China with a market capitalization of more than US$12 billion (Source: Wikipedia).

My Hong Kong cousin bought it for me in China. In China, it is retailing for CN¥179 and in the US and Canada they are retailing for US$29.99 and CA$29.99 respectively. Many people come to know YotaPhone 2 as the phone with two screens. It is the world’s third phone with two screens as far as I know. The first is YotaPhone 1 which didn’t make it to Singapore and the second is NEC Medias W N-05e which is also not available in Singapore.
The YotaPhone 2 is retailing in Singapore for S$1,048 and you can buy it online via YotaPhone.com or Expansys. Note that the price S$979 on these two websites are before the 7% GST.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 4G+ and Samsung Galaxy S6 edge 4G+ will be officially available in Singapore from this Saturday, 11th April 2015.
For the Samsung Galaxy S6 4G+, it will come in three sizes, 32GB, 64GB and 128GB. Three colors will be available at launch, White Pearl, Black Sapphire and Gold Platinum. The 4th color, Blue Topaz will be available at a later date.
Tiger Beer’s new campaign, the “Unofficial Official History of Singapore” is inspired by the launch of Tiger Beer’s first can in 1965, the same year that Singapore gained independence.

About Oneadaptr Oneadaptr started out from a Kickstarter project based on their product called Twist. They raised a total of US$36,226 out of their initial goal of US$30,000 from 552 backers.

Last month, Samsung announced the Samsung Universal Animal Edition Battery Pack featuring illustrations of four species of endangered animals as part of Samsung ‘Charge the Life’ campaign, which aims to raise awareness about endangered animals.
The endangered animals are selected from the IUCN Red List of threatened species. The list is widely recognized as the most comprehensive, objective global approach for evaluating the conservation status of plant and animal species.
The Sony Walkman NWZ-A15 is the world’s smallest and lightest Hi-Res Audio digital music player. It was launched in Singapore in October 2014 and is currently retailing for S$299.
