Fitbit Flex is currently retailing for S$129. It was launched in Singapore last year on the 29th May 2013.
Fitbit Flex is a wireless activity tracker that tracks steps, distance, and calories burned. It is also able to track your sleep quality (how long/well you sleep, how many times you wake up). It also has a silent wake alarm that gently vibrates to wake you at your desired time.
The OtterBox Commuter Wallet For iPhone 5/5s is retailing for S$55 in Singapore. The case adds quite a bit of bulk to your iPhone because it gives your iPhone added protection against drops, bumps and shock. It also includes a slider compartment at the back that house up to 3 credit cards.
On the official website, it states that it can hold up to three cards and one bill, however when I tested it, it is not able to hold even a single note after placing 3 cards in (1x EZ-Link Card, 2x Credit Cards). I guess Singapore currency notes are bigger and thicker because of the materials it is printed on.
Philips hue enables you to control light wirelessly and create and personalize light with an app on your smartphone or tablet.
It was officially launched on the 13th November 2013 in Singapore and when it was first launch it was an Apple Online Store (Singapore) exclusive. But from 11th December 2013 onwards, you can get it at Apple Premium Resellers and Philips branded stores.
The Moshi iGlaze Armour is a metallic case for the iPhone 5/5s and is retailing for S$54.90. It is available in Bronze, Silver and Black to match the colors of the iPhone 5/5s.
The build of this case is solid because the backplate is made up of aluminium and the case itself is made up of polycarbonate.
The Moshi Cardette 3 is in its third generation and hence the number 3. It also coincides with USB 3.0, I wonder did they refresh the product each time there is a major release to the USB specifications?
For the unaware, the Moshi Cardette 3 is a USB 3.0 Card Reader that has a built-in 2-Port USB 3.0 Hub. It is lightweight (weighing at 88g) which makes it suitable for carrying around together with your laptop (which is what I am doing). It is retailing for S$69.90.
Ozaki O!coat 0.3+Pocket is an extremely thin (0.3mm) and lightweight (9g) case that is made using polypropylene.
The back of the case is leather textured and it has a card holder slot that holds one credit card (at most two). If you don’t like putting your credit card there, you can use it to hold reminders written on small pieces of paper (which is what my mom is doing) and I find that is a great idea! If not you can use it to hold up name cards or your EZ-Link/Octopus/Oyster card.
Moshi 3.5mm Audio Jack Splitter is retailing for S$20.90 and has a feature that most audio splitter doesn’t have (even the overpriced Belkin Audio Splitter), which is the ability for one of the two connected earphones to support microphone.
An audio jack splitter allows two person to share music from just one device each using their own earphones. Moshi did a very good implementation by allowing one of the earphones to be the master (the one with the microphone icon) and hence the ability to use the microphone (if your earphones comes with it) to answer any incoming voice/Skype calls. Of course, if the other party’s earphones are still plugged in, he or she will be able to listen to your conversation.
The IonBank 5k has a battery capacity of 5,000mAh and has two integrated cables, one of them is either the Lightning or Micro USB cable and the other is a normal USB cable to charge the battery pack. It also has a spare USB port to charge another USB device.
