Yes, if you can see this post, means Orientek Server on games.pacific.net.sg is back up. PHP, MYSQL Apache have been upgraded to the latest version. I have been waiting for this for a long time. PHP version 4.3.0, MYSQL version 3.23.54 and Apache version 1.3.27
Finally got things for me to solve today, which is the site. The shoutbox is down, think will reinstall it. http://www.orientek.net/kore/gamerz/ and folder paths is still not accessible, will try to work on that. If you want to access it you need to type index.php behind the folder path.
Boring day for me today, stayed at home almost the whole day doing nothing.
Went to Waterloo Street’s temple to pray because school is reopening soon. Normally my mom will bring me go pray, before school and exams start and after school and exams ended.
Been out the whole day for almost 12 hours. Went to Far East Plaza to see the newly renovated area with Lian. Basically the whole of Basement 1 or was it Level 1. LOL. Nothing much to shop, very spacious and about 5 food stalls. Before that, add lunch at Scotts food-court, had creamy chicken from Pasta Mania, was quite hungry so I think only pasta can make me full. LOL
Went to CK Tangs to look-see look-see, still nothing much to do, so decided to watch movie, but not sure what movie to watch, wanted to watch LOTR: The Two Towers again, so we went to GV at Plaza Singapure, queue was long and LOTR: The Two Towers was selling out very fast. So we ended up watching a Japanese Anime, The Cat Returns. The language is in Japanese, overall show is not bad better than some hollywood movies but too bad it lasted only about 1 hour.
Woo, went to Toa Payoh Central after Lian’s work. Went there to buy the luminous dices, thanks to the information given by a forum user at Khabal Forums. Spend $24.90 on that alone. Bought a big dice which cost $10.90 and 2 packs of 6 small dices each which cost $7 each. One packet for my brother, the other packet I took 3 dices and Lian took the other 3 dices. There is also a packet of small-medium dice which contains 3 dices, cost $5, didn’t buy it.
After buying the dice went to Toa Payoh Central for a walk, haven’t been there for at least 2 years. So many things has changed, the new HDB hub, air-con bus interchange, etc. But still nothing much to shop. LOL
Lian worked half day today. Went to eat Noodle Bar @ Hereen, actually wanted to eat Swensens in the first place, but on second thought wanted to eat Sakae Sushi, but on third thought, due to long queue at Sakae Sushi, went to eat Noodle Bar. First time eating there, food tastes good. Thumbs up.
Went to Plaza Singapura to collect our tickets, queue was long even for the bookings. After that went to Swensens to eat Ice-Cream and Fries. Total spend about $50 on food. Yummy.
Today is week 52th, last week for the year 2002. Next Monday which is 30th December 2002 will be the first week of the year 2003. Christmas in just 26 hours time.
Lian bought breakfast for me, MacDonalds Sausage McMuffins, thought it is expensive, didn’t know MacDonalds is having a promotion, 1 McMuffin for only $1, this is such a good promotion, love the McMuffins.
Went to Scotts foodcourt for breakfast, add Creamy Chicken from Pasta Mania and drank the soup from a stall that sells alot of soups, don’t really know what stall is it. The soup tastes great, can considered one of the best western soups I ever drank.
Went to eat Claypot Laksa at Depot Road, long time since I ate it, it is so nice and it is very famous, lunch time always crowded, thus we went after lunch time. LOL
After that, went to my house downstairs the temple there to pray “Tai Sui”, the Chinese should know what is it. Throw a couple of coins at the temple’s fountain bell, hit twice, not an easy task. Always will waste some coins on that whenever I visit that temple. Hehe
Too tired to blog yesterday, slept at 11pm last night. Nothing much happen, just the same old usual weekday.
Went to Suntec City’s Tower Records to look for Kinki Kids F Album with Lian, she said it is out in December, but looks like it is not out in Singapore yet, maybe only Japan.
