*UPDATE 26th June 2015* Apple Watch is now available in Singapore, checkout this new post: Apple Watch Prices in Singapore.
Apple Watch will be launched in nine countries on 24th April 2015. These nine countries are: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, the UK and the US.
Received my Singtel Prestige Card for the year 2015. The design of the card has been changed. I did blog about the design for 2011 and 2014.
To qualify for Singtel Prestige, you need to be an existing Singtel Mobile, Home Broadband or mio TV service user for at least a year, and have a minimum spending of at least S$250 per month on your Singtel bill for the last 6 consecutive months and you will be automatically enrolled into the Singtel Prestige programme.
The Dyson AM06 Desk Fan 25cm (Iron/Blue) was launched last May and is retailing for S$399.
There are four variants to the Dyson AM06 Desk Fan:
The Linksys EA9200 Wireless AC3200 Tri-Band Smart Wi-Fi Router was launched in Singapore on the 6th February 2015 and the recommended retail price of it is S$399. It is only available at Challenger stores for now.
Linksys EA9200 is the new flagship router after the Linksys E8350 AC2400 Dual Band Gigabit Wi-Fi Router and personally I think the EA9200 is the true successor to the Linksys WRT1900AC Router which was launched last May.
The Motorola Moto 360 was announced in March last year (2014) in the US and it is now officially available in Singapore since 23rd February 2015.
The recommended retail price (RRP) for the Moto 360 is S$380 and it is only available in black finish.
Together with my Nexus 6, I bought the Spigen Nexus 6 Case Ultra Hybrid from MobyShop for S$26.
MobyShop only carries the Metal Slate and Crystal Clear version of the Spigen Nexus 6 Case Ultra Hybrid. I chose the metal slate because I don’t like the frosted and silicone look of the TPU bumper on the crystal clear.
Bought my Nexus 6 from MobyShop for S$870 and traded in my Nexus 5 (16GB) for S$200. Ended up paying S$670 for the phone.
When I first held the Nexus 6, it gives me a sense of premium feeling because the phone frame is made of aluminum. For once, the Nexus phone series doesn’t look and feel cheap. Maybe that is why the Nexus 6 is so much more expensive than the Nexus 5.
4 months after the launch of Nexus 6, Nexus 6 is now officially available in Singapore for a recommended retail price of S$998.
Only the 32GB variant will be available and in both colors, the Midnight Blue and Cloud White. Since the Nexus 6 will only be retailing exclusively though open channel (retail stores), it will not be available at Telcos like Singtel, Starhub or M1.
The Dell UltraSharp U3415W 34″ Curved Monitor has been available in Singapore since mid-December 2014 (I didn’t realised that) for S$1,499.
I personally think that the price is pretty reasonable since Dell’s high-end monitors are always about that range. In fact the U3415W is the cheapest of the high end Dell monitors. The Dell UltraSharp UP2715K 27″ Ultra HD 5K Monitor cost S$2,699 and the next in line is the Dell UltraSharp UP3214Q 32″ Monitor which cost S$2,259 and followed by the Dell UltraSharp U3014 30″ Monitor which will set you back S$1,749.
