The 42mm Sport Band is retailing for £39 (S$83) in the UK before tax refund. In Singapore, it is retailing for S$78.

Bought the Apple Watch Magnetic Charging Cable when I was in UK for holiday. It cost £25 (S$53) excluding tax refund. I can’t really remember how much the tax refund was, but it is probably the same price in Singapore after deducting the tax refund.
The cable is available in two length, 1m and 2m. The 1m Apple Watch Magnetic Charging Cable is retailing for S$48 while the 2m Apple Watch Magnetic Charging Cable is retailing for S$58.
Buying The Apple Watch
I was supposed to go to the media launch of the Apple Watch at nubox (Raffles City) if they can reserve a set for me. Because if I went for the event, I would not be able to queue if the queue is short. Unfortunately, they didn’t get back to me till I was in the queue, so I ended up forgoing the media event and joined the queue because it was rather short (I was 36th in line at 8.15am; launch is at 9am). I was intending to buy it online anyway if the queue is long.
The queue was deceiving, it takes about 90 minutes after the official launch timing (9am) to clear 36 people in the queue (I went in about 10.30am). The queue was moving way too slow because they only allowed 2 people into the store at a time (maybe because of Apple’s policy?).
Apple will officially launch the Apple Watch in Singapore alongside six other countries (Italy, Mexico, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland and Taiwan) on Friday, 26th June 2015.
In Singapore, it will be available on Apple Online Store (Singapore), Apple Authorised Resellers retail stores and Malmaison by The Hour Glass (selected models).
Few months back, in April 2015, Tiger Beer released the Tiger Beer Limited Edition 1965 Vintage Can & Bottle as part of SG50 (Singapore 50th Birthday) celebration.
Again, as part of SG50 celebration, Tiger Beer will once again shed its iconic blue-and-silver look, in favour of Singapore’s national colors (red and white) on the livery of all cans, pints and bottles, in a limited edition release to commemorate this jubilee.
Personally, I am not really familiar with the LEGO Ninjago series, but just to give a brief background, the LEGO Ninjago series was introduced in 2011 around four Ninjas: Kai, Cole, Jay and Zane. They have been trained by their master Sensei Wu to fight forces of evil to protect the land of Ninjago.
This summer, LEGO released 9 new LEGO Ninjago sets and a new LEGO Ninjago product called the LEGO Ninjago Airjitzu Flyer.

Singapore is turning 50 this year and hence you will see a lot of businesses supporting the tagline SG50, including one of my favourite company, LEGO.
The original Final Fantasy VII (FF VII) was released on 31st January 1997 for the PlayStation 1. It was released to Windows PC in 1998.
It was on a Windows PC that I first played FF VII and I got hooked. It is my favourite RPG game and I was hoping it will get a remake eventually (I am sure many FF VII fans as well).
Microsoft //Build/ Singapore 2015 took place in Singapore last Thursday (28th May 2015) at Resorts World Sentosa.
For the unaware, Microsoft Build is Microsoft’s developer conference, similar to Google’s I/O and Apple’s WWDC.
Windows 10 will be launching in Singapore on 29th July 2015 alongside 189 markets globally as a free upgrade to users running Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 or on new Windows 10 devices.
If you don’t qualify for the upgrade for some reasons, you can get it from Microsoft Online Store. Windows 10 Home retails for S$229 and Windows 10 Pro retails for S$399.
